11.1 Termination by You. You may close your kbs99 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance with these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
11.2 Termination by kbs99. kbs99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) kbs99 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) kbs99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.
11.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) or more consecutive months may be classified as dormant. kbs99 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, details of which are available from customer support.
11.4 Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to kbs99's customer support team for informal resolution. kbs99 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent kbs99 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
13.1 kbs99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kbs99 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
